St. Hubertus dell'H.Rosa Alpina (Badia/Abtei - BZ)
Conquistata lo scorso anno la "Stella" della Guida Michelin il ristorante Gourmet Restaurant Prezioso del Castel Fragsburg (Merano - BZ), con lo chef Egoin Heiss proveniente dallo stellato Alpes dell'H.Bad Schorgau (Sarantino - BZ), quest'anno sale al 14° posto.
Conquistano quest'anno la "Stella" i ristoranti Restaurant 1908 del Park H.Holzner (Renon - BZ), che sale al 12° posto e Osteria dell'Acquarol (Appiano - BZ), che sale al 17° posto.
Perdono la "Stella" i ristoranti Culinaria - Im Farmerkreuz (Tirolo - BZ), Jasmin dell'H.Bischofhof (Chiusa - BZ), "Bistellato" dal 2011 al 2020, e La Stua de Michil dell'H.Perla (Corvara in Badia - BZ), dove allo chef Nicola Laera, ora al Burjé 1968 dell'H.Arkadi (Corvara in Badia - BZ), è subentrato lo chef Simone Cantafio.
Miglior nuova entrata è quella del ristorante Zum Blauen Traube (Lagundo - BZ), che si piazza al 38° posto. Le migliori "Cucine" dell'anno per la Guida de L'Espresso sono: 1° St. Huberteus (5 Cappelli), 2° Terra, Anna Stuben, Castel Fine Dining e La Stua de Michil (3 Cappelli).
Le migliori "Cucine" dell'anno per la Guida del Gambero Rosso sono: 1° St. Huberteus (94/centesimi), 2° Terra (90/centesimi), 3° Castel Fine Dining, Kuppelrain e Osteria Acquarol (88/centesimi).
